隧道防护门安全监测技术研究及应用

【摘要】 文中针对目前隧道防护门门体变形、脱落、虚掩等安全问题,为了降低隧道内的安全风险,设计了一套隧道防护门安全监测系统。该系统包括数据采集、数据处理和传输、数据展示3部分。数据采集端利用STM32F407最小系统板作为中心采集卡,添加外围传感器,采集门体振动、姿态、温度、风压数据,并通过Wi-Fi模块将数据通过MQTT协议发送到MQTT服务器,最后监控平台对收到的数据进行存储、分析与展示。该系统能够较为全面地监测防护门门体的相关信息,并且系统具有一定的可扩展性,对隧道防护门的安全隐患能够提前预警,保障隧道内的安全。

【Abstract】 To reduce the safety risk in the tunnel, a safety monitoring system for the tunnel protective door is designed,which includes three parts: data acquisition, data processing and transmission, and data display. At the data acquisition end,STM32F407 minimum system board is used as the central acquisition card, and peripheral sensors are added to collect the data of door vibration, attitude, temperature and wind pressure, and the data is sent to MQTT server through MQTT protocol through Wi-Fi module. The monitoring platform stores, analyzes and displays the received data. This system can comprehensively monitor the relevant information of the protective door body, and the system has certain expansibility, which can give early warning for the safety hidden danger of the tunnel protective door, thus ensuring the safety inside the tunnel.
