The "Relationship" Effect of Academic Papers: A Content Analysis Based on the Papers of Peking University’s Core Sports Science from 2011 to 2020
【Abstract】 This study mainly uses the content analysis method to research the consistency of 5842 papers in 11 core sports journals. The results show that in the overall sample, there is an extremely significant difference in consistency(P < 0.01). In the non-parametric tests of different journals, different years, and different columns, the consistency of paired samples all shows an extremely significant difference(P < 0.01). In the single non-parametric tests of different journals and different years, the consistency of paired samples also shows an extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).In the cross-tabulation, the consistency shows an extremely significant difference in different journals, different years, and different columns(P < 0.01). In the single cross-tabulation, the consistency shows various differences in different years and different journals(P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P > 0.05). The study concludes that there is a certain consistency in different journals, but overall, this “relationship” effect has no statistical significance.
