【Abstract】 Digital transformation plays a pivotal role in enabling Japan to effectively address actual challenges such as aging population, frequent natural disasters, aging infrastructure, and data flow risks. This paper briefly analyzes the international and domestic situations that Japan’s digital transformation faces, and sorts out and studies the legal system and policy deployment of the Japanese government to promote digital transformation and build a digital society. It analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and inspiration of Japan’s digital transformation process for the reference of China’s relevant departments.更多还原
