【Abstract】 Strengthening the cultivation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities is a need to build an innovative country, promote the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy and economic upgrading, and promote higher quality and full employment of college students. Focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents in humanities is an important part of the construction of new humanities, and it is the responsibility of local universities to improve the quality of innovative talent cultivation.
