【摘要】 高校学生党员发展量化评价指标体系的价值指向是党员发展标准明确化、党员队伍素质全面化、党员发展程序公正化、党员教育培养导向化；基本依据为政治素质是首要标准、道德品质是重要要求、现实表现是重要条件、学习创新是重要内容、群众基础是关键标准；实践路径包括构建了以5个一级指标和12个二级指标的学生党员发展量化评价指标体系，采用多种量化方法对指标进行量化，并对指标体系进行评价与成效评估。更多还原
