大容量压缩空气储能系统空气透平工艺结构及运行特性研究
Research on Technological Process and Dynamic Running of Big-capacity Air Turbine of Compressed Air Energy Storage System
【摘要】 针对大容量(300MW级)蓄热式压缩空气储能系统的空气透平工作组,定量评估了高温方案(315℃)和中温方案(175℃)对透平的工艺流程结构和关键技术参数的影响,探讨了全工况下配气运行方式对透平性能的影响。研究表明,高温方案下透平工作组的工艺结构简单,但储换热系统的初投资高;高温方案的气耗率低,电电转化率高;节流+补气调节方式的高效运行区间最大。
【Abstract】 For the air turbine train of big-capacity adiabat compressed air energy storage system(300MW scale), this paper quantitively estimated the effect of high-temperature scheme and intermediate-temperature scheme on the technological process and the key technology parameters. Also, this paper discussed the effect of different air distributions on the all-condition running performances. Results shows that the high-temperature scheme has a simpler technological process but needs a higher initial investment; the high-temperature scheme has a lower air consumption rate and a higher electricity conversion rate; the throttling and air-supplying composition regulation has the maximum efficiency during the exoergic process.
