节段拼装U形曲梁胶接缝键齿受力行为及构造参数研究

【摘要】 为了解节段拼装U形曲梁胶接缝键齿受力性能,并选取合适的构造参数,以哥伦比亚波哥大地铁1号线高架桥为背景进行研究。采用ANSYS软件建立该桥跨中标准段U形曲梁模型分析其标准荷载工况下的受力行为,并对键齿分布、尺寸等构造参数进行分析。结果表明:在预应力筋以及外加荷载作用下,尽管作用荷载为对称荷载,结构仍存在严重的扭转变形。键齿数量由4个增加到24个时,接缝抗剪承载力提高约17.28%;单个键齿底面积从0.04 m~2增大到0.15 m~2时,接缝抗剪承载力从121.302 MN增大到143.812 MN,提升约18.55%。通过减少曲梁内侧键齿数量,可以在基本不影响抗剪承载力的前提下,有效改善节段拼装U形曲梁的扭转变形。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the mechanical performance of the key teeth in the glued joints of curved precast segmental U girders and to select appropriate structural parameters, this study takes the elevated bridge of Line 1 of the Bogota Metro in Colombia as the background. A finite element model of the midspan section of the curved U girder was established in ANSYS,to analyze the load bearing behaviors of the girder under typical loading conditions. The arrangement and dimension of key teeth were analyzed. It is shown that although the loads applied are symmetrical, the structure still bears severe torsional deformation, under the action of prestressing tendons and externally-added loads. When the number of key teeth is increased from 4 to 24,the shear carrying capacity of the glued joint is increased by about 17.28%;when the bottom area of a single key tooth is increased from 0.04 m~2 to 0.15 m~2,the shear carrying capacity of the glued joint is increased from 121.302 MN to 143.812 MN,with an increase of about 18.55%. By reducing the number of key teeth on the inner side of the curved girder, the torsional deformation of the curved precast segmental U girder can be effectively improved without compromising the shear carrying capacity.
