青海高原油松人工林枯落物原地分解菌剂筛选试验

【摘要】 本试验选取了6种菌剂进行油松人工林枯落物原地分解菌剂筛选试验,试验一年后测定不同菌剂对土壤物理性状及养分性状的影响。结果表明:处理3所使用的菌剂对土壤养分的分解速率最快,全P、全K、速效P、有机物含量较对照增加了15.4%、6.8%、60.44%、36.09%。不同分解菌剂对土壤物理性状的影响也很大,土壤含水率与田间持水量相较对照分别提升了13.43%和27.59%。使用菌剂处理可以通过加速枯落物分解,达到快速增加土壤养分,降低森林火灾隐患的目的。

【Abstract】 This experiment selected 6 types of microbial agents for in situ decomposition of litter in Pinus tabulaeformis plantations.One year after the experiment, the effects of different microbial agents on soil physical properties and nutrient properties were measured.The results showed that the bacterial agent used in treatment 3 had the fastest decomposition rate of soil nutrients, with total P,total K,available P,and organic matter content increasing by 15.4%,6.8%,60.44%,and 36.09% compared to the control.The impact of different decomposition agents on soil physical properties was also significant, with soil moisture content and field water capacity increased by 13.43% and 27.59% respectively compared to the control.The use of microbial agents can accelerate the decomposition of litter, achieve rapid increase in soil nutrients, and reduce forest fire hazards.
