【摘要】 本文利用1990年至2020年历次全国人口普查数据，系统梳理了我国分民族省内人口流动的变动趋势。研究发现，不同民族省内流动人口性别与年龄结构均存在明显差异，省内流动儿童和流动老人有所增加，人力资源禀赋不断加强。多数民族省内乡—城和省内城—城流动比例明显上升，流动原因整体趋于发展型，流动时间呈现中、长期化态势。分民族省内和跨省人口流动存在多方面差异，对此应创建优化更富有针对性的流动人口服务与治理体系，提升城市民族工作效率，进而为民族互嵌格局的形成与铸牢中华民族共同体意识贡献力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on China’s population census from 1990 to 2020, this paper discusses trends of within-provincial migration by ethnic group in China. It was found that there were apparent differences in gender and age structure of within-provincial migrants of ethnic groups, and the number of children and elderly of different ethnic groups who migrated within-provincially increased. Also, the human resource endowment of within-provincial migrants of ethnic groups was continuously strengthened. For within-provincial migrants of most ethnic groups, the proportion of "rural to urban" and "urban to urban" increased significantly. The overall reasons for migration tended to be developmental, and the migration duration presented a medium-and long-term trend. Multiple differences were also found between within-provincial and cross-provincial migration by ethnic groups. In the future, a more targeted service and governance system for migrants of different ethnic groups should be created and optimized. The efficiency of urban ethnic work should also be improved, and we hope it will contribute to the formation of embeddedness patterns of the Chinese ethnic population and the sense of community for the Chinese Nation.更多还原
