Sc含量对Al9.0Zn2.5Mg2.2Cu0.2Zr合金铸态组织的影响
The effect of addition of Sc on as-cast microstructure of Al9.0Zn2.5Mg2.2Cu0.2Zr alloy
【摘要】 本文研究了Sc添加量对Al9.0Zn2.5Mg2.2Cu0.2Zr合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,微量Sc与Zr协同可形成Al3(Sc, Zr)第二相,在铸造过程中具有促进非均质形核、细化铸态晶粒的作用,并对合金共晶组织有明显的变质作用。但铸态合金中部分可达微米级初生Al3(Sc, Zr)第二相对合金的加工性能和力学性能易产生不良影响。
【Abstract】 The research was conducted on the effect of Sc addition on the as-cast organization of Al9.0Zn2.5Mg2.2Cu0.2Zr aluminum alloy. The results show that the second phase of Al3(Sc, Zr), which can be formed by the synergy of trace Sc and Zr, has the functions of promoting non-homogeneous nucleation and refining the as-cast grains during casting process, and it has an obvious metamorphic effect on the eutectic microstructure of the alloy. However, some primary Al3(Sc, Zr) second phases in cast alloys that can reach the micrometer level may adversely affect the machinability and mechanical properties of the alloys.
