【摘要】 科技型民营企业是推动经济创新发展的重要力量。以2013—2022年在A股上市的科技型民营企业为研究样本，运用数据包络分析法，分别从静态和动态两个角度，对股权融资、债权融资以及内源融资模式下的企业融资效率进行测算。结果显示：科技型民营企业纯技术效率降幅较大，导致企业整体融资效率水平较低；科技型民营企业内源融资和债权融资的融资效率大于股权融资的效率；科技型民营企业不管采取何种融资模式，其融资效率均出现下降趋势。鉴于此，科技型民营企业应不断优化资源配置，提升管理水平和创新水平，以提高企业融资效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private technological enterprises are an important force to promote economic innovation and development.Taking the private technological enterprises listed in A-shares from 2013 to 2022 as the research samples，this study uses the data enveloping analysis method to measure the enterprise financing efficiency under the model of equity financing，debt financing and internal financing from static and dynamic perspectives respectively.The results show that the pure technical efficiency of private technological enterprises decreases greatly，and the overall financing efficiency of enterprises is low.The efficiency of endogenous financing and debt financing is greater than that of equity financing.No matter what kind of financing mode is adopted，the financing efficiency of private technological enterprises shows a downward tread.In view of this，private technological enterprises should continuously optimize the resource allocation，improve the level of management and innovation，in order to improve the financing efficiency of enterprises.更多还原
