基于需求—技术联合分析的技术机会发现研究
Research on Technology Opportunity Discovery Based on Conjoint Analysis of Requirements-Technology
【摘要】 [目的/意义]挖掘需求驱动下的技术空白或技术薄弱处,发现需求与技术间距离,对于科技工作者更好地把握市场动态、识别技术机会、推进技术创新具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以市场需求为导向,构建需求—技术联合分析下的技术机会发现框架。首先,利用主题模型、新颖性探测以及多属性标注分析技术需求文档以获取市场中的核心技术需求和新兴技术需求。其次,利用改进后的Content-LDA对专利建模,并对其进行技术多属性标注和技术主题时序分析。最后,计算需求的技术关联、关联技术主题数量、关联技术延续性、关联技术态势和增长性观察需求技术的相关性和关联技术的发展情况,测度需求与技术间距离,依据不同的规则识别技术机会。[结果/结论]以石墨烯领域为例验证了研究框架的有效性,该框架能够层层深入地挖掘市场技术需求以及需求驱动下的薄弱环节。
【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] Exploring technology gaps or weaknesses driven by demand, identifying the distance between demand and technology, is of great significance for scientific and technological workers to better grasp market dynamics, identify technological opportunities, and promote technological innovation.[Method/process] Guided by market demand, the paper constructs a requirements technology conjoint analysis framework to discovery technology opportunity.First, it uses the Topic model, novelty detection and multi-attribute annotation analysis technology demand documents to obtain the core technology demand and emerging technology demand in the market.Secondly, the improved Content LDA is used to model patents, and technical multi-attribute annotation and temporal distribution of technical topics are performed.Finally, observing the correlation between demand and technology, the number of related technologies, the continuity of related technologies topics, the trend and growth of related technologies, and measuring the distance between demand and technology, based on different rules, identify technological opportunities.[Result/conclusion] The effectiveness of the research framework has been verified in the field of Graphene.The framework can deeply explore the market technology demand and weak links driven by demand.
