【摘要】 澳大利亚的原住民治理问题由来已久，涉及的矛盾自殖民时代就已经产生。在澳大利亚原住民治理经历的殖民、同化和现代化三个阶段中，澳大利亚政府沿着国内和国际两个主要路径逐步改善对原住民的治理。目前，澳大利亚原住民治理在土地制度、教育以及原住民地方自治等方面取得了很大的进展，特别是在积极响应联合国的各类倡议，实施原住民数字治理方面取得了很大的成绩。但是也存在着忽视原住民传统文化和传统发展模式的问题。这些经验和教训为世界各国的民族治理和民族文化政策提供了重要的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issues concerning Australian indigenous governance have a long-standing history,with conflicts beginning as early as the colonial era.Throughout the three stages in Australian indigenous governance,including colonialism,assimilation and moderation,the Australian government followed two ways to improve indigenous governance in domestic and international level.At present,Australian indigenous governance has made great progress in land system,education and indigenous local self-government,especially in active response to various initiatives of the United Nations,and the implementation of indigenous digital governance and multi-level digital governance.But there are some problems related to neglecting indigenous traditional culture and development model.All of these experiences and lessons provide a reference for ethnic governance and cultural policies in other countries.更多还原
