【摘要】 少子化与老龄化成为现阶段不可回避的社会问题。在尚有城乡差别的情况下，这两个社会问题对农村养老冲击甚大，对此应高度重视，支持养老体系的建设，建构多维度的农村养老保障体系，发展多元化照料服务模式，而乡村振兴更给农村养老多元化体系建构提供有力的支持。面对当前农村地区家庭养老功能弱化、社区及自我养老困境、养老制度缺失等实际问题，应立足多元化视角，从“多元化养老政策”“多元化养老模式”“多元化养老资源”到“多元化角色”入手，构建具有中国特色的多元化农村养老体系，形成切实可行的应对之策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low birth rate and aging population have become unavoidable social problems. They have great impact on rural pension in the rural area, which is very different from the urban area. China promotes the construction of pension system, the building of multi-dimensional rural old-age security system, and diversified old-age care service mode. Rural revitalization plan is a strong support to diversified rural pension system construction. In the face of practical problems such as the weakening of family elderly care, difficulties in community care and self care, and lack of elderly care systems in rural areas, a diversified perspective is necessary, which includes diversified elderly care policies, diversified elderly care models, diversified elderly care resources, and diversified roles.
