【摘要】 目的：探究NUF2(Ndc80动粒复合物组分)在乳腺癌（BC）中的表达模式及预后价值。方法：通过ONCOMINE、bc GenExMiner、Kaplan-Meier Plotter和TCGA数据库，分析了BC患者中NUF2的转录水平和预后信息。结果：与正常样品相比，NUF2在BC中高度表达（P<0.05）。年龄≤51岁（P<0.0001）、淋巴结转移阳性（P=0.0168）、基底样BC(P<0.0001)、雌激素受体（ER）阴性（P<0.0001）、孕激素受体（PR）阴性（P<0.0001）、人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)阳性（P<0.0001）及三阴性（P<0.0001）的BC患者NUF2表达水平更高。生存分析表明，NUF2表达水平低的BC患者具有更好无复发生存期（RFS,HR=1.63,P<0.0001）。进一步分析显示，NUF2的表达与ER阳性、PR阳性、HER2阴性的BC患者的RFS呈负相关（HR=2.40,P=0.0015）。结论：NUF2在BC中发挥重要作用，可以作为ER阳性、PR阳性或HER2阴性BC患者的潜在预后生物标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression pattern and prognostic value of NUF2(Ndc80 kinetochore complex component) in breast cancer(BC). Methods: In the present study,the trancriptional level and survival information of NUF2 was analyzed by ONCOMINE dataset, bcGenExMiner, Kaplan-Meier Plotter and TCGA. Results: NUF2 was highly expressed in BC compared with normal samples(P<0.05). In addition, the BC patients younger than 51 years old(P<0.0001), nodal metastasis(P=0.0168), with basal-like BC(P<0.0001), orestrogen receptor(ER)-negative(P<0.0001), progesterone receptor(PR)-negative(P<0.0001), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-positive(P<0.0001) and triple-negative BC(P<0.0001) pathological classification have a higher transcriptional level of NUF2. Survival analysis indicated that patients with low expression level of NUF2 have a better relapse-free survival(RFS, HR=1.63, P<0.0001). Further anaysis revealed that the NUF2 expression was negatively related to the RFS of BC patients with ER-positive or PR-positive or HER2-negative pathological classification(HR=2.40, P=0.0015). Conclusion: NUF2 play an important role in BC and can be a potential prognostic biomarker for ER-positive or PR-positive or HER2-negative BC patients.更多还原
