【摘要】 目的 基于数据挖掘探讨张传志主任医师治疗2型糖尿病的用药规律。方法 收集2021年10月—2022年10月于重庆市中医院门诊治疗的2型糖尿病患者151例临床资料。使用Excel 2021、SPSS 22.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对药物的频次、性味归经、强关联药物等进行分析。结果 151首处方共涉及177味中药，排名前10位的中药分别是葛根、炒谷芽、丹参、黄芪、苍术、炒麦芽、山药、炒白扁豆、红曲、茯苓，药性以温、寒、平性最多，药味以甘、苦为主，归经以脾、胃、肺为主，关联频次>80次的药物有15组，聚类分析获得核心药物组合4组。结论 张传志主任医师治疗2型糖尿病以健脾祛湿为主，兼补肺滋肾，同时活血化瘀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the medication rule of ZHANG Chuanzhi chief physician on treating type 2 diabetes mellitus based on data mining. Methods Clinical data of 151 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in out-patient department of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were collected. Use Excel 2021, SPSS 22.0, and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze the drug frequency, properties, taste, meridian tropism, and strongly associated drugs. Results A total of 177 Chinese medicines were involved in 151 prescriptions, and the top 10 Chinese medicines were pueraria root, stir-fried wheat bud, salvia miltiorrhiza, astragalus, rhizoma atractylodis, stir-fried malt, yam, stir-fried white lentil bean, red yeast, and poria. The drug properties were most warm, cold, and flat, the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter, and the meridian tropism were mainly spleen, stomach, and lungs, and there were 15 groups of drugs with associated frequency >80 times. Four core drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, chief physician ZHANG Chuanzhi mainly focuses on invigorating spleen and dispelling dampness, supplementing lung and kidney, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.更多还原
