皮革废水处理工艺路线与达标调试方案及其实践探究

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了皮革废水处理工艺路线、达标调试方案及其实践。通过对皮革加工过程中产生的废水进行分析,确定了废水中主要污染物的种类和浓度分布情况。在此基础上,结合实际情况,提出了综合处理皮革废水的工艺流程,并对其进行了优化调整。通过工艺达标调试,验证了该工艺流程的可行性和稳定性。同时,通过对三种主要皮革废水处理工艺进行对比分析,提出了推荐方案。调试结果表明,该方案可以有效地去除废水中的有机物、无机物、油脂、悬浮物等污染物,并达到了国家排放标准要求。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduces the process route of leather wastewater treatment, the standard debugging scheme and the practice. Through the analysis of the wastewater produced in the leather processing, the distribution of the main pollutants and concentration are determined. On this basis, combined with the actual situation, the comprehensive treatment of leather wastewater process is optimized and adjusted. The feasibility and stability of the process flow are verified through the process standard debugging.Meanwhile, through the comparative analysis of the three main leather wastewater treatment processes, the recommended scheme is put forward. The debugging results show that the scheme can effectively remove organic matter, inorganic matter, oil, suspended matter and other pollutants in wastewater, meeting the requirements of national discharge standards.
