偏转工况L型吊舱推进器敞水性能数值研究
Numerical study on open water performance of L-shaped podded propulsor under deflection condition
【摘要】 针对吊舱推进器在偏转时诱发的剧烈的水动力不稳定问题,以某L型吊舱推进器为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法和滑移网格技术对不同偏转角β(β=0°、±10°、±20°、±30°)下L型吊舱推进器进行敞水性能数值研究。研究结果表明:吊舱推进器螺旋桨的推力、扭矩以及吊舱单元的侧向力均随偏转角的增大而变大,其中吊舱推进器螺旋桨的推力系数、扭矩系数受偏转方向影响较小。β=0°时,受螺旋桨旋转时产生的周向诱导速度的影响,吊舱推进器在直航工况下也会受到侧向力作用,当吊舱推进器向右偏转时,其迎流侧产生的侧向力会与螺旋桨旋转尾流产生的侧向力相互抵消,导致吊舱推进器在向右偏转时产生的侧向力整体小于向左偏转时产生的侧向力;由于螺旋桨旋转尾流会与后方舱体、支架相互干扰,吊舱推进器整体推力系数并不是关于直航时对称,小偏转角(|β|≤15°)对吊舱推进器整体的推力系数影响较小,当偏转角|β|>15°时,推力系数会迅速下降。
【Abstract】 Regarding the severe hydrodynamic instability issue induced by the deflection of podded propulsors, the open water performance of a L-shaped podded propulsor at different deflection angles was numerically studied with CFD methods and slide mesh technology. Results indicate that the thrust and torque of propeller and lateral force of pod unit increase with the increment of deflection angle. The deflection angle has minor influence on thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of propeller. At β=0°, due to the circumferential velocity induced by the propeller rotation, the podded propulsor is subject to lateral force even under straight-line navigation. When the podded propulsor deflectes to the right, the lateral force generated by the upstream side of pod is counteracted by that generated by the propeller rotation wake, resulting in a smaller lateral force compared to its deflection to the left. Furthermore, the mutual interference among the propeller rotation wake, the rear pod, and the support causes the overall thrust coefficient of podded propulsor to be asymmetric with straight-line navigation. Small deflection angles(|β|≤15°) have little effect on the overall thrust coefficient of podded propulsor, while at |β|>15°, the thrust coefficient decrease rapidly.
