新时代涉农高校耕读教育的实践与思考

【摘要】 耕读教育既是弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要内容,也是培养乡村振兴人才的必由之路,更是高等农林教育改革的发展方向。文章以华南农业大学为例,具体阐述了新时代涉农高校实施耕读教育的理念与目标、方案整体设计、组织保障机制;重点阐述了学校开展耕读教育的特色举措,包括深挖历史内涵厚植耕读教育情怀、创设“农、工、管”耕读教育实践平台、构建十门主题探究式耕读课程、组建跨学科教师团队、整合千亩耕读实践基地、推进耕读文化进校园等六个方面。文章审视耕读教育的时代意蕴,反思当下高等农业教育使命问题,提出耕读教育“既要塑形、更要铸魂”的重要观点,并对耕读教育未来发展提出了建设性意见。

【Abstract】 Farming and reading education is an important part of carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture and the only way to cultivate talents for revitalizing the countryside, it is also the development direction of higher agriculture and forestry education reform. Taking the South China Agricultural University as an example, this paper elaborates on the concept and objectives, the overall design of the scheme and the organization and guarantee mechanism of the implementation of farming and reading education in agricultural universities in the new era. This paper mainly expounds the characteristic measures of carrying outfarmingand reading education in schools, it includes the following six aspects: digging deep into the historical connotation, creating the educational practice platform of“Agriculture, industry and management”,constructing ten theme-based inquiry-based courses, forming interdisciplinary teachers’ teams, integrating the practice base of 1,000 mu of cultivation-study, and promoting the cultivation-study culture into campus. This paper examines the time implication of farming and reading education, reflects on the mission of higher agricultural education at present, and puts forward the important viewpoint that farming and reading education should not only shape but also cast soul, and put forward constructive suggestions for the future development of the education of farming and reading.
