【摘要】 为提高我国糯高粱育种水平，辽宁省农业科学院高粱研究所以具有印度血缘的糯质ICS12B为母本，以421B×121B F1为父本，去雄杂交，经过多年多代回交转育，培育出矮秆、早熟、植株整齐、不育性稳定的糯质雄性不育系LA34。其集聚糯、粳多个材料优良基因，籽粒粗蛋白含量14.44%，粗淀粉含量71.32%，支链淀粉含量占总淀粉含量的97.00%，粗脂肪含量3.95%，单宁含量0.053%；抗病性强，抗蚜虫、抗高粱丝黑穗病、抗叶斑病、抗倒伏、抗旱、抗涝、耐瘠薄。LA34配合力高，组配多个优质饲用、食用、酿造用高粱杂交种，大幅度提高了糯高粱的抗性和产量水平，降低了杂交种株高，缩短了生育期，适应范围广，同时也扩大了糯质不育系的遗传基础，为提升我国糯高粱育种和生产水平奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the breeding level of glutinous sorghum in China, the Sorghum Research Institute of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences(LASA) has developed glutinous male sterile line LA34 with short-stalked, early-maturing, neat and stable sterile features, which is developed with Indian origin glutinous ICS12B as the female parent and 421B×121B F1 as the male parent though castration cross breeding after many years of multi-generation backcrossing transbred. Its concentrated waxy, japonica multiple materials excellent genes, grain crude protein content 14.44%, crude starch content 71.32%, amylopectin content accounted for 97.00% of the total starch content, crude fat content 3.95%, tannin content 0.053%; LA34 has a strong disease resistance, aphid resistance, sorghum mosaic resistance, leaf spot resistance, resistance to downfall, drought resistance, waterlogging resistance, and barrenness tolerance. LA34 has high combining ability and can combine multiple high-quality sorghum hybrids for feeding, eating and brewing, which greatly improved the resistance and yield level of glutinous sorghum, reduced the height of hybrids, shortened the fertility period, and adapted to a wide range, and also expanded the genetic base of glutinous sterile lines, laying a foundation for improving the breeding and production level of glutinous sorghum in China.更多还原
