数字化转型、企业创新与竞争力提升——基于质量和效率的视角

【摘要】 推动企业数字化转型,获得持续性竞争优势,是学界关注的重要议题。本文基于2010—2021年我国A股制造业上市公司数据,研究了制造业企业数字化转型对其竞争力的影响及其机制。结果表明,数字化转型对企业竞争力提升具有直接促进作用,并且该结论在经过考虑内生性问题和系列的稳健性检验后仍然成立;在作用机制方面,数字化转型对企业竞争力的提升作用可通过提高创新效率和创新质量两条中介路径实现;异质性检验表明,我国东部地区的企业和非国有企业进行数字化转型,对企业竞争力的影响更加显著。本文研究不仅揭示了数字化转型对企业竞争力的影响机制,也为企业响应数字经济时代要求,进行转型提供了一定的管理启示。

【Abstract】 Promoting the digital transformation of enterprises and gaining sustainable competitive advantage is an important topic of academic concern. Based on the data of China’s A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2010 to 2021, this paper studies the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises on their competitiveness and its mechanism. The results show that digital transformation has a direct impact on the promotion of enterprise competitiveness, and this conclusion still holds after considering endogenous problems and a series of robustness tests. In terms of mechanism, the promotion of digital transformation to enterprise competitiveness can be realized through two intermediary paths: improving innovation efficiency and innovation quality; In terms of heterogeneity, the digital transformation of enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises located in the eastern part of China has a more significant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper not only reveals the influence mechanism of digital transformation on the competitiveness of enterprises, but also provides some management enlightenment for enterprises to respond to the requirements of the digital economy era and carry out transformation.
