【Abstract】 In this investigation and evaluation, the plants, animals, aquatic organisms and ecosystem types of New Barag Right Banner were investigated in detail by means of consulting data, field sampling survey and indoor interpretation and analysis. Taking Standard for the assessment of regional biodiversity( HJ 623—2011) as the evaluation standard, the regional biodiversity index was obtained by analyzing and calculating the richness of animals and plants,the invasion of alien species, the uniqueness of species and the richness of threatened species.
