世双鼠靶对乌拉特后旗天然梭梭林大沙鼠防治效果试验报告

【摘要】 近年来,内蒙古乌拉特后旗天然梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)林区的大沙鼠(Rhombomys opimus)对当地的生境造成了严重破坏,它们通过挖掘洞系与啃食优良牧草,致使草地水土大量流失、草地生产力与草原载畜量严重下降;同时大沙鼠也是鼠疫杆菌的携带者与传播者,是危害人类健康的潜在隐患。为此乌拉特后旗草原站运用生物防治技术,利用世双鼠靶生态灭鼠剂开展前期鼠害防治效果试验,结果表明:世双鼠靶灭鼠剂对该地区大沙鼠的防治效果明显,有效洞口灭洞率达55%,毒饵取食率试验5 d内高达75%,平均取食率为60%:适口性良好,无环境污染,且在试验区未发现有非靶动物中毒死亡的现象。因此,世双鼠靶灭鼠剂在当地的鼠害防治工作中可进行大面积推广应用。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the Rhombomys opimus in natural Haloxylon ammodendron forest region of Inner Mongolia caused serious damage to local habitats. By digging caves and eating high-quality forage, they had caused a large amount of soil and water loss in the grassland, and the productivity of the grassland and the livestock carrying capacity of the grassland decreased seriously. At the same time, Rhombomys opimus are also carriers and disseminators of yersinia pestis, which is a potential hazard to human health. Therefore, the grassland station of the Ulat Hou banner utilized biological control technology and conducted rodent control trials by using the Shi-Shuang-Shu-Ba ecological rodenticide. The results showed that the Shi-Shuang-Shu-Ba rodenticide had significant effects in the prevention and control of Rhombomys opimus, the rodents effective hole extinction rate was up to 55%, the poisonous bait feeding rate was up to 75% within 5 days and the average feeding rate was 60%. Shi-Shuang-Shu-Ba rodenticide had good palatability, no environmental pollution and no poisoning deaths of non-target were detected. Therefore, Shi-Shuang-Shu-Ba ecological rodenticide can be widely used for rodent control work in this region.
