【Abstract】 Long-chain non-coding ribonucleotide plasmacytoma variant translocation 1(LncRNA PVT1) is a kind of LncRNA aberrantly expressed in various tumors and is intimately involved in tumor initiation, invasion, and prognosis of patients. In recent years, accumulating evidence has demonstrated that LncRNA PVT1 plays a pivotal role in the gastric cancer. This review summarized the latest research advances of LncRNA PVT1 in the gastric cancer.
