【摘要】 宋代唐慎微编纂的《证类本草》为集北宋以前本草学大成之作，其引书《孙真人食忌》原书已佚，基本情况未详。通过整理古籍中《孙真人食忌》佚文，发现《证类本草》是现存最早收载该书内容的书籍，为后世著作引用《孙真人食忌》的最早文献来源，共引用《孙真人食忌》条文62条，包含27条饮食忌宜和35首方剂。对比《千金要方·食治》及《证类本草》引《千金方》条文，推测《孙真人食忌》是基于《千金要方·食治》增补方剂等相关内容而形成的一部独立的食疗本草著作。该书以食疗本草、食药养生、饮食禁忌、食疗方为基本内容，作者为孙思邈或托名孙思邈，为养生食疗本草文献的挖掘与整理工作提供了一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classified Materia Medica compiled by Tang Shenwei is a great collection of Materia medica before the Northern Song Dynasty. One of the quoted books, Sun Zhenren Shiji, has been lost, and the basic information of this book is not detailed. Through collating the lost articles, it is found that Classified Materia Medica is the earliest existing book that contains the contents of Sun Zhenren Shiji. A total of 62 articles are quoted from Sun Zhenren Shiji, involving 27 dietary regimes and 35 prescriptions. The collated literature was compared with the articles of Qianjin Yaofang and the citations of Classified Materia Medica, it is speculated that Sun Zhenren Shiji is an independent herbal monograph on diet therapy. This book is based on food treatment chapter of Qianjin Yaofang, and adds the relevant contents such as prescriptions. The basic contents of the book are dietary herbal medicine, health preserving, suitable and contraindicated conditions of diet and food therapy prescriptions. It is speculated that the author of this book was SUN Simiao, but could not rule out the possibility that it was a pseudonym. This study provides a certain reference for the collation of health preservation and materia medica literature.更多还原
