【摘要】 目前,养殖过程中产生的废水是一种高浓度液态有机粪肥,由于施用机械短缺、智能化程度低造成了液态有机粪肥回用率低的问题。为此,研制了一种智能化液态有机粪肥施用机械,由动力行走系统、贮肥装置、粪水均分装置、粪水开沟注射装置和流量智能调控系统等组成,通过对粪水管路的设计排布,使机具具有多通道抽污功能,可实现不同方位及不同方式的抽污作业;通过对流量智能调控系统、粪水均分装置的设计,使得各行注射肥量均匀一致,且定量可控。

【Abstract】 With the large-scale development of aquaculture industry, the wastewater produced in the process of aquaculture is a kind of high-concentration liquid organic manure. Therefore, an intelligent liquid organic manure applicator is developed, which is composed of a power walking system, a fertilizer storage device, a manure and water sharing device, a manure and water injection device, and an intelligent flow control system, through the design and layout of the waste water pipeline, the machine has the function of multi-channel sewage pumping, and realizes the sewage pumping operation in different directions and different ways, the amount of fertilizer injected into each line is uniform and controlled quantitatively.
