电动果园作业平台结构设计与试验

【摘要】 针对丘陵山地矮砧密植果园作业遇到的问题,设计了一种丘陵山地电动果园作业平台,能够满足丘陵山地果园疏花疏果、收获、套袋等一系列工作需求,既实现了果园的规范化管理,又降低了劳动成本及劳动强度。把通过软件SolidWorks建立的三维模型进行一系列的简化,使得求解更加便捷,并把建立好的模型导入Simulation中进行运算,采用自由划分网格对机械结构进行网格划分,随后进行算例分析得出应力、位移的结果及分布图。通过理论计算得出相关参数,采用受力仿真分析等方法研究作业平台最大施加载荷质量。通过计算分析得出结果,选择电机的型号为额定功率5.5kW、额定电压48V、额定电流7.0A、额定转速1000r/min的132M-6系列直流电机。在不影响电动果园作业平台稳定性工作的情况下,能够承受的最大载荷为538kg。经计算,电动果园作业平台的采摘效率为人工架梯采摘效率的6倍,能够极大地提高作业效率,在不同载荷的情况下,具备较好的工作安全性及稳定性,操作安全便捷,可满足果园作业的使用要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems encountered in the operation of low rootstock dense planting orchard in hilly and mountainous areas, an electric orchard operation platform in Hilly and mountainous areas is designed, which can meet a series of work needs such as flower and fruit thinning, harvesting, bagging and so on. It can not only realize the standardized management of orchards, but also save workers’ labor cost and labor intensity.Through a series of simplification of the three-dimensional model established in the Software Solidworks, the solution is more convenient.The established model is imported into simulation for calculation, and the mechanical structure is meshed by free meshing.Then, an example is analyzed to obtain the results of stress and displacement, and the distribution diagram is obtained. The maximum applied load weight of the working platform is studied by means of theoretical calculation, relevant parameters and force simulation analysis. Through calculation and analysis, the model of the motor is 132m-6 series DC motor with rated power of 5.5kW, rated voltage of 48V, rated current of 7.0A and rated speed of 1000r/min.Without affecting the stability of the electric orchard operation platform, the maximum load it can bear is 538kg. After calculation, the picking efficiency of the electric orchard operation platform is 6 times that of the manual ladder. The electric orchard operation platform can greatly improve the operation efficiency.Under different loads, it has good work safety and stability, safe and convenient operation, and can better meet the use requirements of orchard operation.
