【Abstract】 It is the responsibility and mission of local colleges and universities to fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality, actively carry out the practice of quality education and teaching, and cultivate new agricultural talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.
