5种药剂对兰州百合桃蚜的室内杀虫活性及田间防治效果

【摘要】 为筛选对兰州百合种植区桃蚜更为敏感的抗蚜药剂,进行了5种农药的室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。结果表明:50%氟啶虫胺腈WG对兰州百合桃蚜的毒力最高,25%吡蚜酮SC毒力最低,24 h LC50分别为0.179 8 mg/L和4.754 26 mg/L。各药剂对百合桃蚜毒力大小依次为氟啶虫胺腈>螺虫乙酯>环氧虫啶>噻虫嗪>吡蚜酮。田间防效试验结果表明,参试药剂不同剂量施药后蚜虫虫口密度均显著降低,处理7d后,各处理对百合桃蚜防效在96.89%~100.00%,且无药害发生。各药剂的推荐有效成分用量分别为:50%氟啶虫胺腈WG 166.67~221.67 mg/L,22.4%螺虫乙酯SC 53.33~60.54mg/L,25%环氧虫啶WP166.67~200.00 mg/L,30%噻虫嗪SC 100.00~150.00 mg/L,25%吡蚜酮SC 100.00~166.67 mg/L。

【Abstract】 In order to screen the anti-aphid agents which are more sensitive to Myzus persicae in Lilium davidii growing area, the laboratory toxicity and field efficacy experiments of 5 pesticides were carried out. The toxicity of each agent to Lilium davidii Myzus persicae was in the order of Fluridine cyanil>Spirulin ethyl ester>pyridine>thiamethoxam>pyrhexone. The results of field control experiment showed that the pest density of aphids decreased significantly after different doses of the tested agents. After 7 days of treatment, the control efficiency of each treatment was 96.89%~100.00%, and no harm occurred. The recommended effective dosage of each drug was 50% fluridifenil WG166.67~221.67 mg/L, 22.4% Spiroxyl SC 53.33~60.54 mg/L, and 25% cycloxidine WP166.67~200.00 mg/L, 30% thiamethoxam SC100.00~150.00 mg/L, 25% pyrifolone SC100.00~166.67 mg/L.
