【摘要】 互联网平台企业的发展催生了数字零工这一新兴工作群体，清晰识别数字零工劳动权益的核心影响因素对保护其劳动权益至关重要。运用扎根理论构建了包含国家政策法规、平台管理、工会支持能力和顾客四个维度的数字零工劳动权益影响因素模型。采用加权主成分分析法对模型赋权并进行评价，认为平台管理、国家政策法规的相关影响力较大，工会支持能力和顾客的影响力也不容忽视。要维护数字零工劳动权益，应持续规范和优化互联网平台企业管理、加快数字零工劳动权益保护的法治进程、提升数字零工工会的支持能力、强化顾客对数字零工的情感认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of internet platform enterprises, digital gig workers have emerged, and it is crucial to clearly identify the core influencing factors of the labor rights of young digital gig workers for their labor rights protection. This article uses grounded theory to construct a digital gig labor rights influencing factor model that includes four dimensions: national policies and regulations, internet platform enterprise management, union support capacity, and customer. The weighted principal component analysis method is used to weight and evaluate the model. It is believed that the relevant influence of Internet platform enterprise management, national policies and regulations is relatively large, and the influence of trade union support ability and customer cannot be ignored. To safeguard the rights and interests of young digital gig workers, it is necessary to continuously standardize and optimize the management of internet platform enterprises, accelerate the legal process of protecting the rights and interests of digital gig workers, enhance the support capacity of gig labor unions, and strengthen customers’ emotional identification with digital gig workers.更多还原
