【Abstract】 Ever since the Reform and Opening-up, the continuous market opening imposes a great impact on industrial workers’ structure, and corresponding problems arise. It matters most as how to correctly and logically understand this structural change and industrial workers’ corresponding construction since the founding of new China. It also urges to correctly and logically treat the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
