【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems such as low practical ability and insufficient comprehensive application of knowledge, which could not meet the need of enterprises for applied talents. Study on training path of applied talents was carried out in order to increase competitiveness of talents in agricultural engineering major based on new requirement of enterprises development for talents training and new education concept of CDIO and depended on alliance of university-enterprise. Gradient talents training model with integration of industry and agriculture under background of agricultural engineering major was constructed, and interactive mechanism of industry development and talents training was established. Innovative talents training stimulated thirst for knowledge of students and increased student’s abilities of practice application and innovation.更多还原
