【摘要】 立足中国实际，坚持问题导向，开展问题性学术，解决中国问题，是建构中国自主的知识体系和推动中国特色哲学社会科学繁荣发展的应有之义。问题性学术发端于问题，问题不应受学科的限制，不能被学科所割裂，这必然要求打破学科界限，催发学科范式革命，推动学科交叉融合，从而引发学术期刊出版模式的变革。学术期刊主题化出版，以主题有机整合学科、以主题深度融合学科、以主题打破学科壁垒，是一种带有充分“主体自觉意识”的、致力于打造问题域的全新办刊模式。学术期刊可以充分发挥主体性、能动性、自觉性，围绕特定主题，坚持问题导向，通过主办高水平的学术活动、探索多种形式的期刊联盟活动、支持优秀学术人才成长等，打造边界清晰的专题、专栏、专刊，助力开展多学科、跨学科、超学科研究，推动构建多学科、跨学科、超学科共同体。学术期刊肩负时代赋予的新使命新任务，需要走高质量发展的道路，而主题化出版模式不失为一种新的尝试、新的突破、新的希望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Grounded in China’s realities, academic efforts aimed at addressing real-world problems are crucial for constructing an independent knowledge system and fostering the development of Chinese philosophy and social sciences. Problem-driven research transcends disciplinary boundaries, necessitating paradigm shifts and disciplinary integration, which in turn drive transformations in academic journal publishing models. Thematic publication involves organizing disciplines around specific themes, integrating them deeply, and breaking down disciplinary barriers. This approach embodies a conscious subjectivity, aimed at creating a problem-focused framework for academic journals. Journals can leverage their agency, proactivity, and selfawareness to organize high-level academic events, explore diverse journal alliances, and support outstanding academic talent, creating well-defined themes, columns, and special issues. This facilitates multi-disciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and trans-disciplinary research, fostering the formation of collaborative communities across disciplines. Academic journals, bearing the new missions and tasks of the era, must pursue high-quality development. Thematic publication models offer a promising avenue for innovation, breakthrough, and hope.更多还原
