聚砜膜亲水力学性能提升改进及血液透析实际应用
Improvement of the hydrophilic performance of polysulfone film and practical application of hemodialysis
【摘要】 针对传统血液透析膜通透效果及对毒素分子清除效果差的问题。试验对改性膜的制备配比进行优化,对其基础性能及生物性能进行研究,对其临床应用效果进行考察。结果表明,在季胺化聚三氟苯乙烯质量分数为4%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮质量分数为3%制备的改性聚砜膜水接触角为64.3°,水通量为82.4 L/(m~2·h),牛血清蛋白截留率为95.7%,Zeta电位为41.3 mV,断裂强度为5.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为6.1%。与血液接触后,改性聚砜膜上血小板粘附率仅为1.7%,细胞变形率仅为4.47%,60 d对DPPH自由基清除率和ABTS+自由基清除率分别为87.7%和98.5%,满足血液透析的相关要求。将其用于临床血液透析,确定改性聚砜膜优于传统医用透析膜。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of poor permeability effect and toxin molecule removal effect of traditional hemodialysis membrane,the preparation ratio of modified membrane was optimized,its basic performance and biological properties were studied,and its clinical application effect was investigated. The experimental results showed that the modified polysulfone membrane prepared with a mass fraction of 4% aminated polytetrafluorostyrene and3% polyethylene pyrrolidone had a water contact angle of 64.3°,a water flux of 82.4 L/(m~2·h),a bovine serum protein retention rate of 95.7%,a Zeta potential of 41.3 mV,a fracture strength of 5.4 MPa,and a fracture elongation of6.1%. After contact with blood,the platelet adhesion rate on the modified polysulfone membrane was only 1.7%,the cell deformation rate was only 4.47%,and the DPPH free radical clearance rate and ABTS+free radical clearance rate after 60 days were 87.7% and 98.5%,respectively,meeting the relevant requirements for hemodialysis. It was used in clinical hemodialysis to determine the superiority of modified polysulfone membranes over traditional medical dialysis membranes.
