数控机床位置精度自动分析技术研究
Research on Automatic Analysis Technology of Positioning Accuracy for Numerical Control Machine Tool
【摘要】 数控机床的位置精度是衡量机床性能的一个重要指标。在分析国家检验标准GB/T17421.2-2000的基础上,开发一套数控机床位置精度自动分析系统,自动生成数控机床位置精度检测报告,自动绘制数控机床精度误差曲线,直观准确表达出机床的定位精度、双向重复定位精度、平均反向间隙等参数,减少工程计算人员的计算工作量,提高分析效率和分析效果,同时也为其它精度检验分析过程提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools is a significant indicator of machine tool performance. We have developed an automatic analysis system for the positional accuracy of CNC machine tools based on the analysis of the national inspection standard GB/T17421.2-2000. This system can automatically generate positional accuracy inspection reports and automatically plot CNC machine tool accuracy error curves. It intuitively and accurately expresses parameters such as positioning accuracy, bidirectional repeatability accuracy, and average reverse clearance of the machine tool, reducing the workload of engineering calculation personnel. This enhances analysis efficiency and effectiveness, while also providing reference for other accuracy inspection and analysis processes.
