【摘要】 应用型人才培养是专业学位研究生培养的核心目标。案例教学法是当前专业学位硕士教育采用的主要教学方法之一。为了提升课堂教学效果，以农业硕士食品加工与安全领域的主干课程“食品质量与安全控制专题”为例，介绍了在案例素材选取、案例文本撰写、案例情景引入和案例教学实施与评价等案例教学实践应用中的经验做法和方法总结，旨在为相关课程的案例教学提供参考，提高教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application-oriented personnel training is the core goal of professional degree graduate training. In order to improve the classroom teaching effect,case teaching method was one of the main teaching methods used in master’s education for professional degrees at present. Taking Special Topics on Food Quality and Safety Control,a main course in the field of food processing and safety for master of agriculture as an example,this paper introduced the team’s experience and methods in case teaching practice and application, such as case material selection, case text writing, case scenario introduction, case teaching implementation and evaluation,aiming to provide reference for case teaching of related courses and improvd teaching quality.更多还原
