【Abstract】 Food Safety Testing Technology is one of main course of food quality and safety major in many colleges and universities. The study of this course was of great significance for the employment of students and the development of food industry. The project design,project implementation and examination reform of project-driven teaching method were explored on the basis of the application research of project-driven teaching method in the practical teaching of Food Safety Testing Technology course.The participation and enthusiasm of students in the practical teaching of this course were maximized by this teaching method,which provided a reference for the extensive application of project-driven teaching method in the practice teaching of other main courses of this major.更多还原
