【摘要】 新时代的高校教育越来越注重学生独立思考，创新思维的培养，以学科竞赛为考核目标研究“食品新产品开发”课程中实践育人成果和课程改革体系构造。分别从现阶段课程开设中的问题现状、课程教学现状的解决对策、发现教学薄弱环节3个方面进行阐述，充分挖掘课程独特资源，将专业课程教学与双创教育融合贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全过程、全方位、全员育人体系构建。为了帮助新产品开发教师积极整合教学资源，促进学生创新实践能力的培养，提高食品类学生的专业技能，扩大学院的食品质量与安全专业影响力。总之，在开发新产品时需要创新思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 College education in the new era was paying more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ independent thinking and innovative thinking. This paper aimed to study the achievements of practical education in the curriculum of New Food Product Development and the structure of the curriculum reform system. It elaborateed from the following three aspects:the current situation of the problems in the course offering at this stage,the solutions to the current situation of the course teaching,and the discovery of teaching weaknesses through discipline competitions. It fully excavateed the unique resources of the course,integrates the professional course teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the whole process of education and teaching,and realizes the construction of the whole process,all-round,and all staff education system. In order to help new product development teachers actively integrate teaching resources,promote the cultivation of students’ innovative practical ability,improve the professional skills of food students,and expanded the professional influence of the college on food quality and safety,in a word,innovative thinking was required when developing new products.更多还原
