“农产品加工与贮藏工程专题”课程创新设计研究

【摘要】 “农产品加工与贮藏工程专题”课程旨在使研究生了解并掌握农产品加工与贮藏工程的基本知识和最新的方法与技术。主要对“农产品加工与贮藏工程专题”课程教学进行创新研究,将课程模式多元化,并将案例教学法融入课堂,完善传统授课模式,坚持授课内容与时俱进,使学生更加深刻地理解课程内容,进而为提升课程教学质量提供参考。

【Abstract】 Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Engineering aims to enable graduate students to understand and master the basic knowledge and the latest methods and technologies of agricultural product processing and storage engineering. This paper mainly conducted innovative research on the course teaching of Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Engineering,diversified the course mode, fully integrated the ideological of the course, integrated the case teaching method into the classroom, improved the traditional teaching mode, insists on the teaching content to keep pace with the times, so that students could had a deeper understanding of the course content,and then provide reference for improving the teaching quality of the course.
