基于模糊综合评价的工科人才培养体系优化研究

【摘要】 新时代工科人才培养面临新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进所带来的诸多挑战,亟需优化人才培养体系。采用模糊综合评价方法,构建工科人才培养体系评价模型,并结合权威专家评审对人才培养体系进行量化分析。结果显示实践能力与创新能力已成为新时代工科人才培养的核心目标,而推动产学研深度融合与实践教学改革创新是突破当前工科人才培养质量提升瓶颈、实现人才供给与产业需求精准对接的关键路径。在此基础上,提出深化产学研合作、优化创新生态、动态调整课程体系、构建多维评价机制等措施以实现实践、创新能力双重提升,推动工科人才培养质量迈向新高度。

【Abstract】 Currently, engineering education is confronted with numerous challenges stemming from the rapid advancements associated with the latest technological revolution and industrial transformation. There is an urgent need to optimize the engineering education system. This paper employs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to develop an evaluation model for the engineering education system, facilitating quantitative analysis through expert review. The findings indicate that practical skills and innovative capabilities have emerged as core objectives of engineering education in this new era. Enhancing the integration of industry, academia, and research, along with reforming practical teaching methodologies, are essential strategies for overcoming obstacles related to improving the quality of engineering education and achieving precise alignment between talent supply and industrial demand. Based on this, measures such as deepening industrial-university-research cooperation, optimizing the innovative ecology, dynamically adjusting the curriculum system, and building a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism are proposed to achieve dual enhancement of practical and innovative ability and promote the quality of engineering education to a new level.
