【摘要】 决痛针出自元代杜思敬所辑录的《针经摘英集》,原书治腰背俱疼不可忍。现代学者黄龙祥在《中国古典针灸学大纲》中提出了该针法的完整操作步骤，认为其为针灸刺痹的常用刺法之一。该针法融腧穴、筋、脉、按蹻、针刺法于一体，整体施治，治中寓防，是根植于传统中医理论且治疗思路较为完整的一种针法。但文献中关于该针法的论述较少。文章通过查找资料和临床实践，从筋痹的发病机制、决痛针法的操作分步和针法整体等方面进行探讨和总结，以期明确其理论基础，为临床治疗筋痹病提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juetong acupuncture is from Zhenjing Zhaiying Ji compiled by Du Sijing in the Yuan Dynasty to treat back and waist pain unbearable.Huang Longxiang, a modern scholar, put forward the complete operation steps of this acupuncture in the Chinese Classical Acupuncture and Moxibustion Outline, and regarded it as one of the common acupuncture for diagnosis and treatment of arthralgia syndrome. This acupuncture integrates acupoints, tendons, meridians, pressing therapy, and acupunctures, and holistic treatment, integration of prevention and treatment into the same system. It is a kind of acupuncture rooted in traditional Chinese medicine theory and has a relatively complete treatment idea.But there are few discussions on this acupuncture in the literature.By searching for data and clinical practice, This article discusses and summarizes the pathogenesis of tendon arthralgia, the operation procedure of the acupuncture and the whole acupuncture, in order to clarify its theoretical basis and provide ideas for clinical treatment of tendon arthralgia.更多还原
