【摘要】 作为新疆首批麻醉学专业紧缺人才培养基地，新疆医科大学第一附属医院麻醉科(以下简称新医大一附院麻醉科)的教学实践与探索不断向前推进。本文归纳总结麻醉专业紧缺人才培养的具体做法，探讨培养过程中暴露出来的问题。通过进一步完善教学体系，培养同质优秀人才，与提高麻醉学专业紧缺人才培养相呼应，促进麻醉学科建设与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the first batch of training bases for deficient talents in anesthesiology in Xinjiang, the teaching practice and further exploration have been implemented in the Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. This paper summarizes the specific practices of cultivating deficient talents in anesthesiology and discusses the problems exposed in the process of cultivation. By further improving the practical teaching system and cultivating a homogeneous echelon of excellent talents, we improve the training of deficient talents in anesthesiology and promote the construction and development of the anesthesia discipline.更多还原
