融合式高效课堂教学创新的改革探索——以动物育种学课程为例

【摘要】 动物育种学是动物科学国家一流本科专业核心课程。旨在通过课程教学提升学生解决畜牧种业问题的综合能力,为新农科拔尖创新育种人才培养奠定基础。对标动物科学专业人才培养要求,聚焦教学内容与现代种业人才培养需求结合不够、教学活动与解决种业复杂问题能力联结不强、教学评价与衡量学生高阶能力达成精度不足等教学痛点问题。教学团队以学生发展为中心,遵循有意义学习理论,打造多元融合教学内容、高效课堂活动设计、差异化过程性评价,构建了融合式高效课堂教学新模式,并为其他农学类专业的教学创新改革与实践提供参考。

【Abstract】 Animal breeding science is a core course for the national top undergraduate major in animal science. The aim of the course is to enhance students’ comprehensive ability to solve problems in animal breeding industry through teaching, and lay a foundation for cultivating outstanding and innovative breeding talents in the new agricultural science. In line with the requirements for animal science professional talent cultivation, the teaching team focuses on the pain points of insufficient integration between teaching content and modern breeding talent cultivation needs, weak linkage between teaching activities and solving complex breeding problems, and insufficient precision in evaluating and measuring students’ high-level ability achievements. The teaching team takes the student’s development as the center, follows the theory of meaningful learning, and creates a diverse and integrated teaching content, an efficient design of classroom activities, and a differentiated process-based evaluation system, thus building a new model of integrated and efficient classroom teaching. It also provides reference for the teaching innovation and practice of other agricultural science majors.
