【Abstract】 Improving the curriculum system of college labor education is an important way to realize the comprehensive development of college students. Based on AGIL model, this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulty of the implementation of college labor education curriculum from the aspects of adaptation function, target function, integration function and potential mode maintenance function. In order to make the labor education curriculum of colleges and universities burst into vitality and then train the college students in the new era with all-round development of morality, the college strategies should be as follows: to establish special funds for labor, perfect the rear security system, design labor practice systematically and compile practice guidance manual, strengthen the force of professional labor education and create a multi-dimensional education environment, accelerate the implementation of ideological and political labor education and promote the practice of edutainment, etc.更多还原
