新质生产力下的应急管理专业虚拟仿真实验室建设

【摘要】 新时代新质生产力的发展,推动了社会各领域的深刻变革,也对高校教育提出了更高要求。虚拟仿真技术作为一种高效、安全的模拟现实教学手段,与新质生产力所倡导创新驱动的发展理念高度契合,为应急管理人才培养提供了全新的思路和途径。基于新质生产力发展需求对当前应急管理专业虚拟仿真实验室进行检视,当前实验室建设存在资源供给不足、建设结构不合理、教学应用薄弱的问题,制约了科技创新与专业人才的培养。高校应从优化资源配置、重构建设结构、加强教学应用的广度与深度三方面推动虚拟应急管理专业仿真实验室建设。

【Abstract】 The development of new quality productivity in the new era has promoted deeeply changes in various fields of society, and also put forward higher requirements for higher education. As an efficient and safe means of simulating reality teaching, virtual simulation technology is highly consistent with the innovation-driven development concept advocated by new quality productivity, and provides a new way of thinking and training for emergency management talents. The use of the demands of the development of new quality productivity tests the current virtual simulation laboratory for emergency management. There are problems in the current laboratory construction such as insufficient resource supply, unreasonable construction structure and weak teaching application, which restricts the scientific and technological innovation and the training of professional talents. Universities should promote the construction of virtual emergency management simulation laboratory from three aspects: optimizing resource allocation, reconstructing construction structure, and strengthening the breadth and depth of teaching application.
