【Abstract】 Over the past century and more, the CPC has led the Chinese people in every stage of revolution, development and reform, and promoted a great leap from standing up, becoming rich to becoming strong, which vividly embodies the mission and responsibility of the CPC. Fulfilling the mission and embracing responsibility with passion, which is derived from history, from classics, and from reflection, has been the distinctive political character of Chinese Communists. It is a high unity of the three dimensions of history, theory, and practice. The mission and responsibility of the CPC has opened up a new realm of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times, it also has shown a new look of Marxist Party building.
