【摘要】 目的：评价分析微针联合贻贝粘蛋白创面修复敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的治疗效果。方法：选取笔者医院2020年7月-2021年7月收治的100例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的患者，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组采用微针治疗，观察组采用微针联合贻贝粘蛋白创面修复敷料治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的温哥华瘢痕量表评分(Vancouver scar scale，VSS)和凹陷度评分的下降程度显著高于对照组，观察组患者微针术后恢复时间明显快于对照组，观察组患者不良反应的发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：微针联合贻贝粘蛋白创面修复敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕具有良好的治疗效果，明显改善患者的临床症状，降低患者发生不良反应的概率，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the therapeutic effect of microneedling combined with mussel mucin wound repair dressing in the treatment of facial acne atrophic scars.Methods A total of 100 patients with facial acne atrophic scars admitted to the author’s hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microneedling,and the observation group was treated with microneedling combined with mussel mucin wound repair dressing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The decrease in Vancouver Scar Scale scores and depression scores in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The recovery time after microneedling treatment was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group.Additionally,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05),indicating statistically significant differences.Conclusion Microneedling combined with mussel mucin wound repair dressing has a good therapeutic effect on facial acne atrophic scars.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.This treatment method is worthy of widespread clinical application.更多还原
