【摘要】 目的：基于数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗神经性皮炎的选穴规律。方法：检索中国知网、维普期刊全文数据库、万方数据库及Pubmed收录的建库-2022年12月5日的针灸治疗神经性皮炎的临床研究文献，建立关于神经性皮炎针灸处方数据库，运用RStudio及SPSS软件对数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果：经过筛选共纳入46篇临床研究文献，收集87首治疗处方，涉及49个穴位，频率最高的前5个穴位为阿是穴、曲池、血海、三阴交、足三里，常选取的经脉为足太阴脾经、足太阳膀胱经、手阳明大肠经。关联规则分析显示三阴交-血海、曲池-三阴交-血海为支持度最高的穴对与穴组。通过对数据库中使用频数≥5的穴位进行聚类分析可以得到3个聚类方。结论：针灸治疗神经性皮炎的选穴思路关键在祛风湿热邪，兼顾养血及疏肝安神。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the principles and rules of acupoints selection for neurodermatitis based on data mining technology. Methods The related literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for neurodermatitis were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Pubmed to establish acupuncture prescription datdabase.Acupoints selection rules and combination regularities were explored and analyzed with acupoint frequency analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis by using R Studio and SPSS Statistics. Results A total of 46 literature were included,which involved 87 prescriptions and 49 acupoints.It was found that ouch point,Quchi,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli were used with highest frequencies. The meridians often selected are Spleen Meridian, Bladder Meridian and Large Intestine Meridian.In the correlation analysis, it was found that Sanyinjiao-Xuehai and Quchi-Sanyinjiao-Xuehai had the highest support degree.In addition,three efficient clusters were acquired from cluster analysis. Three clustering parties can be obtained by cluster analysis of acupoints with a frequency of use greater than or equal to 5 in the database. Conclusion The key of acupoints selection is dispelling pathogenic wind,dampness and heat,while nourishing blood, soothing the liver and tranquilizing the mind.更多还原
