基于数据挖掘的严寒地区被动房供暖耗热量研究

【摘要】 对位于哈尔滨的某被动房投入运行后的供暖耗热量进行测试与分析。连续3年的实测供暖年耗热量分别为61.30、56.46、63.37 kW·h/(m~2·a),将实测供暖年耗热量根据我国标准进行修正,室内温度修正量、气候修正量分别为1.76、10.57 kW·h/(m~2·a),占修正前供暖年耗热量的2.78%、17.15%。将实测供暖年耗热量根据德国标准进行修正,室内温度修正量、气候修正量分别为12.32、20.59 kW·h/(m~2·a),占修正前供暖年耗热量的19.44%、40.33%。考虑到居民因室温过高开窗等问题,实际供暖年耗热量应低于计算所得的30.46 kW·h/(m~2·a)。

【Abstract】 The heat consumption for heating a passive residential building in Harbin was tested and analyzed after it was put into operation. The measured heat consumption for heating for three consecutive years was 61.30,56.46 and 63.37 kW·h/(m~2·a),respectively. The measured heat consumption for heating was corrected according to the Chinese standards, with the indoor temperature correction and climate correction of 1.76 and 10.57 kW·h/(m~2·a),respectively, accounting for 2.78% and 17.15% of the annual heat consumption for heating before the correction. The measured annual heat consumption for heating was corrected according to the German standards, with the indoor temperature correction and climate correction of 12.32 and 20.59 kW·h/(m~2·a),respectively, accounting for 19.44% and 40.33% of the annual heat consumption for heating before the correction. Considering that residents open windows due to excessive room temperature, the actual annual heat consumption for heating should be lower than the calculated 30.46 kW·h/(m~2·a).
