【摘要】 “新质生产力”是中国化时代化马克思主义的重要范畴，是对马克思主义生产力理论的创新发展。马克思主义基本原理是正确理解和实践新质生产力的科学认识工具，要科学理解新质生产力，首先应当回答好关于新质生产力的三个基本问题，即“新质生产力从哪里来”“新质生产力‘新’在何处”“新质生产力如何发展”。只有在这三个基本问题上形成正确认识，并将其作为整体来加以把握，我们才能根据理论和实践不断发展的需要，持续深化对新质生产力的理解与实践，以新质生产力的可持续、高质量发展更好地服务于中国式现代化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "new quality productivity" is an important basic category of Chinese modernized Marxism,which concentrated reflects the innovative development of the Marxist theory of productive forces. The basic principles of Marxism are the scientific cognitive tools for correctly understanding and practicing the new quality productivity. For this reason, the three basic problems about the new quality productivity should be answered firstly : "Where does the new quality productivity come from?
